The Lilyana PID Bonds are repaid by a onetime special assessment that is charged to the homes in the community. The PID assessment, once repaid, is never charged to that property again. The PID Assessment can be prepaid at any time or over a period of 28 years. The PID Assessment amount varies by lot size, so please ask your builder sales representative for an exact number.
